While the first issue reflected on the intangible aspects of archaeology in relation to landscape, this issue—Archaeology and Site Interpretation [LA-83]— brings together a selection of case studies and other features that explore the relationship between archaeology and landscape in terms of natural processes and physical attributes. It highlights shared concerns across these fields while focusing on site-scale studies and interventions. Various features also underscores the importance of viewing a site, shaped by diverse set of factors and a living entity, which is ever changing.
